A training session in progress

IHE Training

For many years, the non-profit organization “Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise” (IHE) has been developing implementation guidelines called “Technical Frameworks”, which describe which IT systems are required for a variety of medical workflows and how these can be integrated on the basis of existing standards - from internal hospital workflows in specialist areas such as radiology, cardiology or laboratory medicine to the development of cross-enterprise electronic patient records. The electronic patient records in Germany (ePA), Austria (ELGA) and Switzerland (ePD), for example, are based on the IHE Technical Frameworks.

The content of our courses is primarily aimed at professionals in software development, system integration, system administration and service, as well as technically interested users from the field of medical IT. Usually, the training courses take place online. On-site training courses at your company or organization are also possible on request. The current range of training courses is described below.

If you are interested, please contact one of the mentioned contact persons or send your request to dicom@offis.de. Our general Terms and Conditions apply.
